There is a huge menu of 40 meals (and growing!), of which we make ten available for you to choose from each week. You can see this week’s available meals right here, on the Menu Page. Once you’ve chosen your pack here, and gone through checkout, you will be taken to the page where you can choose exactly which meals you’d like. No set menu’s here! We do it this way so that we know that the exact right number of meals are going to the exact right person. Otherwise we’d have to guess, and we just don’t want that kind of pressure on your first time!
We take orders up until 12pm QLD time/1pm NSW & Vic time on Friday, for delivery to the following schedule.
Suuuuuper easy – just pierce the lid, and pop it in the microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes (depending on the wattage of your microwave). You can also transfer to an oven proof plate and re-heat in the oven, or pop in a pan or pot on the stove if you’re kicking it old school.
You can have the best of both worlds and either place an order for a one off or have your weekly meals sorted every week and jump on the subscription bandwagon! Placing a one off order doesn’t mean you can only order once though – any time you need a break from the cooking and need some meals, jump online and place another order.
If you want the peace of mind of having a fridge stocked with healthy, nutritious food at all times your best bet is the subscription. Your only task after you sign up is to select your meal combo by 1pm each Thursday. Don’t sweat it if you forget to jump on and order, we will allocate your meals for you so you don’t miss out! We don’t have any lock-in’s and you can cancel or suspend your meals at any time prior to our cut off (e.g. If you cancel before 1pm Thursday you won’t receive any more food. If you cancel after this time, you will receive food the following week, but no more after that).
No. We totally get that people’s needs change, so we’re not interested in locking you into a 6 or 12 month contract (much to the bank’s chagrin!). You can cancel your service at any time prior to the end of the ordering week (e.g. If you cancel before midday Thursday, you won’t receive any more food. If you cancel after this time, you will receive food the following week, but no more after that).
As all of your meals are delivered fresh, you’ll want to get them into the fridge ASAP. They will last in there fresh, for 7-10 days (check the dates on each individual meal). If you’re coming to the end of the week and you have a few left over, simply chuck them in the freezer where they’ll be good for a few months.
To re-heat, simply pierce the lid and pop in the microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes (depending on your microwave wattage). If zapping isn’t your thing, the meals are also quite delicious re-heated in a pan or the over – you’ll need to judge the timing of that for yourself though
Yes you can freeze your auto-renew service when required, simply by logging in, going into your account and hitting “Suspend” on your subscription – but make sure you remember to log in and reactivate it! If this is too much for your busy brain, you can email our awesome Customer Service Gurus at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will take care of everything for you. Make sure you do this PRIOR to 1pm Thursday the week before you want the freeze to take affect. If you freeze it after this time, you will be charged for the following week as the produce orders will have gone in. Get organised muchachos!
We will process your package every week from the day you signed up – so if you sign up on a Monday, your subscription will be processed every week on a Monday.

We are happy to offer a refund if something has gone dramatically wrong. Like a zombie apocalypse…and if you’ve survived that then kudos on your training program paying off, and you probably deserve a refund.
We don’t however, offer refunds because you forgot to cancel or freeze your subscription, or simply because you don’t like something you have ordered (refer to question 14). We don’t lock you into contracts so if you’re unhappy with our service you can cancel at any time – however we’d love if you would give us a call first to let us know what the problem is, and see if we can work through it for you.
Don’t sweat it, we recognise that some of us have dodgy memories or are easily distra – oh look something shiny!
If you forget to make your selections, our super awesome system will auto-allocate your meals for you. Even better, you can pre-set your meal preferences (what you Love, Like, and Aren’t A Fan Of) so you’ll only ever be allocated the meals you enjoy! #datconvenience
All meals are packaged in recyclable, microwave safe, vacuum sealed containers; and are designed to last fresh for 7-10 days in your fridge.
We would have loved to package in some super bio-degradable containers, but we’re still on the hunt for ones that don’t leak within 12 hours. If you’re lacking a recycling bin at home there are a number of other ways to put your containers to good use, for example you could poke some holes through the bottom, push some rope through, and make fancy new shoes. Conversely, you could rinse and send them back in your empty eskie, and we’ll make sure they are directed to a recycling plant
Absolutely! The best thing about being an adult is being able to choose what you put in your mouth, and we’re not about to take that choice away from you! We have over 50 meals on the menu, with 10 available each week on a rotating menu for you to choose from.
Easy Peasy! We recognise the plight of the time poor and have a super simple set and forget system. Just choose your subscription pack, checkout, and every week our super smart system will allocate your meals for you. Even better, you can set your own preferences right from the beginning, so you only ever get sent the meals you love!
So here’s a news flash for some of the other suppliers out there – One Size Does Not Fit All! There’s no way we could live with ourselves if we were suggesting a 5ft office worker eat the same portion size as a 6ft4 tradie – the ridiculousness of it! Instead we worked with our nutritionist to develop three different portion sizes depending on your needs and goal – the Standard, Large, and Athlete. Check the table below to see where you fit! (Also note, these are general guidelines, if you’d like more specific info relating to your exact lifestyle, hit up one of our customer service reps who will be happy to help you out).
The standard meal size range between 1200 kilojoules (290 calories) and 1700 kilojoules (410 calories) and are well suited to females with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week.
Ranging between 1700 kilojoules (410 calories) and 2400 kilojoules (575 calories), the Large size meals are recommended for Men with a limited to medium level of physical activity each week, and women that take part in med-high levels of physical activity.
Ranging between 2300 kilojoules (550 calories) and 3200 kilojoules (765 calories), the Athlete size meals are recommended for Men/Women that take part in high levels of physical activity each week
You can order up until Midday Friday for delivery the following week (check our delivery zones here to see when your pack will arrive).
Rumour has it though, that if you call up the team before 2pm Friday they’ll probably sneak your order in. You definitely didn’t read that here though!
All of them! Yup, every single one! They are also all preservative, additive, and refined sugar free! Only real, whole ingredients go in, and deliciousness comes out!
Ahhh public holidays – loved those suckers until we needed them to make a crust!
The not so simple answer is that it depends (on where you are and the day the holiday falls). Fear not though, we will be on constant communications in the lead up to public holidays to let you know exactly when you can expect your delivery to be made.
Two words – simple carbohydrates. They’re cheap, they taste good to the masses, and they can bulk out a meal like it’s no-one’s business. Our meals cost more because a) they literally have more and b) the ‘more’ they have is sourced from local farmers who raise grass fed & free range meat & eggs, and grow additive free vegetables and fruit.
There’s no point forking out for your awesome fitness regime (we talk to your coaches, we know you have them), if you’re not going to fuel your bodies in the right way. Trust us, money spent nourishing your body now, will save you on those exy medical bills in 20 years’ time. Not only that, but you won’t be dipping into your wallets in between meals because you’re starving for a snack or two!

It’s hard to give a hard and fast answer to this one as there are so many different allergies out there – your best bet is to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if we can work through your specific requirements. Unfortunately, we can’t change a meal to not include a specific ingredient you don’t/can’t eat.
Each of our meals is tagged with symbols relating to the things they’re suitable for (like dairy free or strict paleo), including FODMAP & Low Carb.
At this stage, our FODMAP/KETO friendly selections are quite limited, however as our menu grows we are working with our nutrition team to incorporate more FODMAP friendly options.
I’m sure there’s a line about a teaspoon of cement that fits here….Jokes! In all seriousness we understand that people aren’t big fans of every food, which is why we have ten meal options each week offering a variety of goodies. Don’t like fish? Pick two of the chicken, and so on. Don’t like any of them? We suggest you try McDonalds.
